H&F Instant-Plus Pectin is a new type of spray dried pectin which also dissolve quickly and completely at low temperatures, therefore a heating process is no longer necessary. So far unfamiliar application areas for pectin will thus be developed in products, which are only slightly or not at all heated, as for example dessert products (crèmes, puddings, glazes, etc.).
