The use of our naturally fermented cheese pastes eliminates the risk of inconsistency as our products are standardised to give consistent flavour profile.

Conclusion:

 

Using our Natural Cheddar Cheese Paste (CHG5054) at a low dosage of only 1.5% we are able to deliver a pure, intense Mature Cheddar taste, with no added Mature Cheddar.

The ability to create flavour variants is possible by utilising our other unique ingredients such as, Gouda Cheese Paste (COG1500) without altering the textural base of the formulation.
