We are proud to introduce our latest application for CITRUS FIBRE. We have been working on meat applications and have found that in burgers and sausages we can replace uptown 15% of the meat content with CITRUS FIBRE which:




We have found that the meat reduced burgers also offer a textural improvement giving a more soft, tender bite.
