Food Unwrapped, Sugar Replacer

This weeks Food Unwrapped on Channel 4 featured our exclusive sugar replacer flavour product that not only offers the flavour of sugar but also tricks the mind into thinking that the texture and body of sugar are present.

On a blind taste test, the 50% reduced Sweet & Sour Sauce was picked out as being the one with less sugar in BUT was also preferred to the full sugar product.
